Shipping, Returns & Cancellation Policy

At Solar Heroes, we operate in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law and other applicable legislation. We may, at our discretion, accept goods for return and credit, provided that:

  • Goods for credit must be returned within 14 days of the purchase date.
  • Any goods returned must be accompanied by proof of purchase and, if applicable, an RMA number, as well as a valid reason for the return.
  • The goods have not been damaged in any way by the customer.
  • The goods have not been used, and neither the goods nor their packaging have been handled, damaged, or interfered with to an extent inconsistent with a reasonable examination by you.
  • All returned goods will be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20%, except in the case of faulty goods.
  • Individual items from kits that are not used cannot be returned for credit.
  • The cost of returning any product to Solar Heroes is your responsibility. However, if we have made a mistake, the item is not as described, or the product is faulty, we will refund reasonable return freight costs.
  • For products sent with “Free Shipping”, the initial freight charge will be deducted from any available refund.
  • The cost of re-delivering goods returned to Solar Heroes must be paid by the purchaser before we will accept the return of the goods.
  • Customers returning products to the manufacturer will be subject to the manufacturer’s return policy, and you may be liable to pay freight.
  • Our “Free Shipping Australia Wide” offer may not include areas not serviced by our freight providers or areas in remote regions not regularly serviced by our freight providers. This is at Solar Heroes’ discretion.

Retention of Title

Please note that the title of all goods supplied by Solar Heroes remains with us until we have received full payment for the goods from the purchaser​.
